Agreement

These terms cover your purchase and use of AI Content Builder ("the product"), sold through agenticbuilderlab.com by James Maree Consulting ("we", "us"). By buying or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase gives you access to the AI Content Builder membership: the software toolkit, the production playbook, and a private community, delivered inside a third-party community platform.

The product is a set of scripts and instructions you run yourself inside Claude Code. Using it requires your own Claude Code access and your own third-party API key, which you pay for separately on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Your license

You may use the toolkit to create and publish your own content, including work for clients, on as many of your own channels as you like.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, repost, or publicly share the toolkit, the playbook, or the community materials themselves.

Payment

Payments are processed by our checkout provider and its payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to the complete digital product when you buy, we do not offer refunds. Please read the product description and the fit list before you purchase.

No guarantees

The product is a tool. What you make with it, and any results you get, depend on your own effort, taste, and consistency. We make no promise of income, views, growth, or any other outcome. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Third-party services

To use the product you will rely on third-party services, including Claude Code and other AI and publishing platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the product to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content, or to break the rules of any platform you publish to.

As is, and limits on liability

The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the product after an update, you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
